每周五处理请求。 Phillip Nova 在周五上午 11 点（SGT）之后收到的请求将在下周五处理。

准备好后，您的新密码将发送到您注册的电子邮件地址。如果您有未平仓头寸或需要紧急交易，您可以致电 (65) 6535 1155 或致电 (65) 6536 7200 联系我们的期货交易台。

You may access your account statements through the following platforms:

• NOVA trading platform (mobile and desktop apps)

2. Side panel > Account Management > View Statements
   

NOVA (Mobile app)

1. Launch NOVA

2. Bottom navigation > Profile > Statement
   

NOVA (Desktop app)

1. Launch NOVA

2. Side panel > Statement
   

Please note:

• You can view or download daily and/or monthly statements for up to the past 6 months.
• Daily statements are only generated on days when there is trading activity, open positions, or fund movements in your account.

If you require statements beyond 6 months:

• Please submit a request via the 账户管理界面 using the same steps as above

• A nominal fee of SGD 30 per statement applies for statements older than 6 months.
• Statements are retained for a maximum period of 5 years only.

在您的交易/交易后的下一个工作日，每日活动报表将发送到您注册的电子邮件地址。活动声明将在受密码保护的 PDF 文件中。默认密码将是您的完整身份/护照号码或您的公司注册号码。

要更改活动报表的密码，您可以致电 (+65) 6538 0500 或发送电子邮件联系客户服务团队 nova@phillip.com.sg.

登录到 https://myaccount.phillipnova.com.sg > 更新详情。

或者，您也可以下载 资料更新表格, 完成并通过以下方式通过电子邮件/传真发送给我们：

• 邮件 – 250 North Bridge Road, #07-01, Raffles City Tower, Singapore 179101

如需更新住址或邮寄地址，请提供证明文件副本（例如您身份证的正反面或最新账单/结单的副本）。

请访问我们的总部并联系我们的客户服务团队以更新样本签名表。新的授权签名将由我们的一名员工亲自见证；因此我们不接受传真/扫描副本。请携带您的身份证或护照进行验证。

如果您居住在海外，请发送电子邮件 nova@phillip.com.sg 要求更新样本签名表。请将填好的表格的原件和您的身份证/护照复印件邮寄给我们。请确保两份文件均由公证人或辉立资本集团的工作人员正式认证，即包含辉立集团网络公司印章。

根据客户的风险状况，未平仓头寸的最大数量通常为 20 至 40 手。
