Requests are processed every Friday. Requests received by Phillip Nova after 11am (SGT) on Friday shall be processed on the following Friday.

Your new password will be sent to your registered email address once it is ready. If you have open positions or you need to trade urgently, you may call our Futures dealing desk at (65) 6535 1155 or Forex dealing desk at (65) 6536 7200.

A daily activity statement will be sent to your registered email address by the next working day, following your trade/transaction. The activity statement will be in a password protected PDF file. The default password will be your full identity/passport number or your company registration number.

To change the password for your activity statement, you may contact the Client Service team at (+65) 6538 0500 or email nova@phillip.com.sg.

You may submit your latest particulars online through the Client Portal. Log in to https://myaccount.phillipnova.com.sg > Update Particulars.

Alternatively, you can also download the Update of Particulars Form, complete it and email/fax it back to us via:

For updating of residential or mailing address, please provide a copy of documentary proof (e.g. Both the front and reverse sides of your NRIC or a copy of your latest bill / statement).

Please visit our main office and approach our Client Service team for the Update of Specimen Signature Form. The new authorised signature is to be physically witnessed by one of our staff; hence we do not accept fax/scan copies. Please bring along your NRIC or passport for verification.

If you are residing overseas, please email nova@phillip.com.sg to request for the Update of Specimen Signature Form. Please mail us the original copy of the completed form and your NRIC/Passport copy. Please ensure that both documents are duly certified by a Notary Public or staff of Phillip Capital group, i.e. containing the Phillip Group Network Company Stamp.

The maximum number of open positions usually ranges from 20 to 40 lots depending on customer’s risk profile.
