How It Works?
Step 1: Get Your Account
Sign up and we’ll set you up with a demo trading account on Phillip MetaTrader 5, pre-loaded with USD$100,000 in simulated funds.
Step 2: Get Familiar, Get Ready
Once you’re signed up, feel free to log in and explore the platform right away — get comfortable with the charts, tools, and order types before the clock starts ticking. Then join our Virtual Introductory Bootcamp on 13 August 2026 to level up on Forex and CFDs trading, technical analysis, risk management, and platform navigation, all in one session.
Note: account balances will be reset on 14 August 2026, so trade freely during this period — it’s all practice before the real competition begins.
Step 3: Trade
The challenge runs from 17 to 28 August 2026 — 10 live trading days. Execute your strategy across Forex, CFDs, and Precious Metals on real market conditions.
Step 4: Climb the Leaderboard
Your ranking is determined by your equity balance at the close of the challenge. Follow Phillip Nova on socials for daily standings, market updates, and trading tips.
Step 5: Meet Everyone
Join us at the Awards Ceremony & Networking Event on 3 September 2026 to celebrate the top traders and connect with the community.

Anyone could register and participate in this trading challenge! However, only participants aged between 18-30, and non-client of Phillip Nova will be eligible for prizes.
It is completely free to join the trading challenge.
Please ensure that you have selected the PhillipNova-Demo server on Phillip MT5.

Yes, you will still be eligible for participation. The starting equity for every participant is USD$100,000, regardless of participation duration.
Yes, you will be required to download and set up the MT5 application. The link to do so as well as further instructions will be provided in the email you receive upon registration.

You will be able to place trades using the challenge-issued demo account before the challenge starts but do note that there will be an equity reset back to USD$100,000 on 14 August 2026. The demo account will then be disabled until the start of challenge.
All realised profits and losses are valued in USD. Open positions will be liquidated at 12pm SGT on the last trading day for consolidation of total profit or loss. You are advised to close your open positions before the cut-off time to protect your equity against unfavourable price fluctuations.
All trading challenge prizes will be credited directly into your live trading accounts.
No. Each participant is only allowed one unique entry to the challenge.
Trading access for your new demo account will be enabled by 6pm daily (Mon – Fri).

No, there will not be drawdown limits for this trading challenge.
