Bitcoin Soars Past $23k; Yuga Labs Warns of NFT Attack

😘Tuesday’s trading saw the Ethereum Merge and increased investor optimism about the economy contribute to the steady climb in crypto prices. Bitcoin soared above the $23k mark, trading at $23,300. BTC’s performance pales in comparison to ether, which has surged by around 50% over the last week as news of the Merge was announced.

🙊Yuga Labs, the development company behind well-known NFT collection Bored Apes Yacht Club, said in a tweet on Monday that assailants are using phishing scams to target the non-fungible tokens (NFT) community. The warning was issued in light of recent NFT exploits that have cost millions of dollars.

🏦According to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Singapore does not have complete regulation over struggling crypto companies that are headquartered there. Cryptocurrency markets have lost about $2 trillion in a couple of weeks during the most recent market slump, causing Singapore to toughen its stance on digital assets.
